Recently, at the largest conservative Apostolic meeting in the country one sermon attempted to deal with Trannies in the church. To be honest, I did not think that was a problem yet. If this is a problem, we should find out how this came to be.
Is it because of homeschooled children who do not watch TV, Hollywood movies, do not use smart phones, social media and surf the internet unrestricted? Or is it because of top notch leaders who have kept all those sins and more out of the church?
Obviously not! The past couple generations of church leadership have been dismal failures as it concerns truth and holiness in the church.
Children being confused about their gender identity is a very recent phenomenon, completely inspired by the sinful world system that church leaders are supposed to keep out. Gender dysphoria still would not be an issue in the church if sin had been kept out.
Under the current state of affairs all is lost, there is no way to change it outside of radical change and true holiness. That would require a new kind of leadership.
When Apostolic children are placed in public schools (that aggressively teach homosexuality and every perversion under the sun), watch TV daily, use smart phones with unlimited access to sin of all kinds and enjoy Hollywood movies, what do you think is going to happen?
Experts say 100% of young people use digital porn and mostly on smart phones. Young Apostolics testify that digital porn use is also an epidemic in the church with an estimate of 90% participation rate.
The current Apostolic religious system is incapable of making any positive change for young people now trapped in the world system of addiction and bondage to sin.
By definition, when you are doing all the things the world is doing you are worldly and lost.
1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
There must be real separation from the world.
2 Corinthians 6:14-17 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
Nothing short of real separation from the world will do. Leaders have fought to allow the world into the church, when they should be keeping it out. Separating from the world is not as hard as many make it out to be. The more you love God the less you will love the world. When you live in the Spirit you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.
Galatians 5:19-25 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
We are not Baptists that believe “Once save always saved”.
They which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. I will not lie to you and tell you that you can live in sin and go to heaven because you cannot.
I will tell you, when you get saved from sin you do not have to live in sin any longer
Romans 6:1-16 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. For he that is dead is freed from sin. Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
Obedience unto Righteousness
